How to Make a Tribute Gift
Complete the Donor Form
Making a tribute gift is easy! Simply fill out our online donation form and select the “In Honor” or “In Memory” option. If you would like a loved one to be notified of your generous tribute, please include their contact details (name, address email, etc…).
Personalize Your Tribute
Want to add a heartfelt touch? Include a message in the Comments section of the form, and we will include it in the notification. Whether it’s a cherished memory, a note of appreciation, or a simple acknowledgment, your words will bring comfort and joy.
Notification Process
We will send a personalized notification letter to the recipient or their loved ones within one to two weeks, letting them know about your thoughtful gift. The amount of your donation will remain confidential unless otherwise requested.
