We’re rolling out the coziest, cutest, most feel-good fundraiser of the year—and as one of our closest supporters, you’re getting the first invite.

This year, we’re joining a national campaign led by Project Bella called Shelter Slumber Pawty, and let’s just say… we’re bringing the pawty home.

Here’s how it works: for one night, a select group of “Pawty Hosts” will foster a shelter dog and treat them to the ultimate sleepover—think couch cuddles, snack breaks, movie marathons, and a well-earned night of beauty sleep. It’s equal parts heartwarming and hilarious, and yes, pajamas are strongly encouraged (for both humans and their four-legged guests).

But this isn’t just about a fun night in—it’s where the real magic happens. Each Pawty Host will also rally their friends, family, and coworkers to support their overnight guest through a personal fundraising page. It’s simple, seamless, and surprisingly effective—because it turns one adorable sleepover into a ripple effect of support for animals in our care.

You could say it’s like bringing a fundraiser to your network… but instead of wrapping paper or cookies, you’ve got a very convincing, tail-wagging ambassador by your side.

And for our shelter pets? This is more than just a night away. It’s a chance to press “pause” on kennel life and experience the comforts of home—even if just for a little while. A soft place to land, a quiet moment to decompress, and the opportunity to show off their true personality outside the shelter environment. (Spoiler alert: they tend to steal the show—and a few hearts along the way.)

We’re starting this campaign with a small group of dedicated Pawty Hosts, and we’re looking for people who are ready to lean in, have fun, and make a meaningful impact—whether that’s by opening your home for the night or cheering from the sidelines and supporting a host.
