CATS
Adoption
When you adopt a cat from Pet Helpers, you aren’t just saving its life—you’re saving the life of the cat who takes its place at our shelter.
Prior to adoption, all Pet Helpers cats receive a comprehensive veterinary exam, any and all needed vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, and any other relevant medical treatment they may need. Through the generosity of our adopters, donors, and community supporters, we are able to provide this care and emergency medical care, so you can rest assured that your cat will be in good health when you take him or her home.
We offer four (4) open cat rooms that visitors are welcome to see, and spend time with some of our free-roaming cats. Other cats are available to meet with the assistance of a staff member. We encourage visiting as it can help you get to know our cats and provide them with further socialization and enrichment.
To adopt a cat from Pet Helpers, we ask that you please visit our facility during the business hours 12pm-4:30pm to speak with one of our staff members about the particular cat you are interested in, and complete an application. We are dedicated to the process of finding the perfect cat for you and your family!
